Chums, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for women to meet in friendship and fun, and to use their many talents in service to the community. The organization promotes civic, cultural, educational, and social improvement. The primary focus of the organization is to enrich the lives of children by helping them to develop their fullest intellectual, moral, emotional, physical and social potential.

61st Annual Conclave
Several Washington DC Chums traveled to Durham, NC to participate in our annual conclave which occurred from October 13th-16th, 2022. We had a "Monumental Time" as we took care of business and enjoyed the fellowship, food, and fun.

Chum Charade Estes, a member of the Washington, DC Chapter of Chums for 11 years, was elected Chums National Treasurer in October 2021. We congratulate our past Chapter President on this achievement and we wish her much success in this new position.
